Return and Refund Policy for Our Online Store

1- Timeframe for Return and Exchange:

Customers can request a refund within 5 days from the date of order receipt.

Customers can request product exchange within 7 days from the date of order receipt.

2- Return and Exchange Conditions:

Products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

The original invoice and any relevant documents must be provided.

3- Products are not eligible for return or exchange if:

Products have been opened and used.

The outer packaging has been damaged.

Products are damaged due to customer negligence.

4- Return and Exchange Fees:

In case of a return, for any reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, provided that the products are in their original condition.

In the case of an exchange due to store errors or product defects, the store will bear the shipping costs.

5- Return and Exchange Process:

Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.

In the event of a mistake by the store in any product, such as receiving a different product from the order, leakage, or breakage, the product will be replaced for the customer, and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible under the following conditions:

Provide us with clear videos and images of the defective product to submit to the store management for approval of the exchange.

The return or exchange process may take from 5 to 15 days.

The store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by the customer in case the product is unavailable or if there is a technical issue.
