Our online store's Golden Warranty Policy for Crystal Products (Chlorine - Blue - Filter)

We are committed to providing the Golden Warranty service for products based on the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1- The duration of the golden guarantee:

Customers can request a refund within 5 days from the date of receiving the order.

Customers can request to exchange products within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.


2- Golden Guarantee Conditions:

Products must be in their original condition, intact, and have no more than 10% wear.

The original invoice and any other relevant documents must be submitted.


3- Products not covered by the Golden Warranty if they are:

Products opened and used more than 10%.

Products with damaged outer packaging.

Products damaged due to customer negligence.


In case of return for any reason or without reason, the customer must bear the shipping costs.

In the event of an exchange due to store errors or product damage, the store will bear the shipping costs.

  • If the store makes an error with a product, such as receiving a different product than ordered, leaking, or breaking, the product will be replaced for the customer and the problem will be resolved as quickly as possible, provided that:
  1. You will be contacted via WhatsApp within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
  2. We are provided with a video and a clear photo of the defective product to submit to the store management and approve the replacement.
  • The return or exchange process takes 5-15 days.
  • The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by the customer in the event that the product is unavailable or in the event of a technical problem.
