Article 1 - Introduction and Definitions:

(The Store) refers to Crystal Store, and this definition includes all forms of Crystal Store on the World Wide Web, whether it is a mobile application or a page on any social media platform.
(The Customer) refers to any consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
(The Agreement) refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement that govern the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article 2 - Customer Legal Eligibility:

The customer acknowledges that they have legal eligibility according to religious, legal, and regulatory standards to deal with the store or that they are at least eighteen years old.
The customer agrees that if they violate this article, they will bear the consequences of this violation with third parties.

Article 3 - Nature of Crystal Store's Commitment:

Crystal Store's commitment to consumers or customers is to provide the service or product.
Crystal Store provides other services, such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the service or product requested by the customer, through a third party under the management of Crystal Store.

Article 4 - Rules of Using Crystal Store:

The customer is committed to using the electronic platform of Crystal Store in accordance with the general norms and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The customer, when purchasing a service or product from Crystal Store, agrees not to use this service or product in violation of the general norms and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

When applying to join Crystal Store as a user, you are obliged to disclose information for use when accessing Crystal Store's services. By doing so, you agree:

Crystal Store is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and you agree to immediately inform Crystal Store of any unauthorized use of your account information or any other breach of your confidential information.
Crystal Store will not be responsible in any way for any direct or indirect loss, whether moral or material, resulting from the disclosure of account information.
You are responsible for the use of your account or membership at Crystal Store, and if someone else uses it, you are responsible for any losses or misuse as you have authorized them to use the store on your behalf.
When using Crystal Store, you commit to using it honestly.
You commit to disclosing accurate, truthful, updated, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration at Crystal Store and agree to update your data when it changes in reality or when needed.
Crystal Store will deal with your personal information and contact details in complete confidentiality.
If Crystal Store discovers that you have provided untrue, false, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or non-compliant information as stated in the Terms of Use, Crystal Store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership and account on the platform without causing harm to the other rights of Crystal Store and its legitimate means to recover its rights and protect other customers.
In case of non-compliance with any of the above, Crystal Store has the right to suspend or block your membership or prevent you from accessing Crystal Store's services again.

Article 6 - Electronic Communications and Official Communication Channels:

The parties to this agreement agree that communication will take place through the email or WhatsApp registered on the platform.
The customer agrees that all data and communications provided electronically have the same legal effect as written ones and are a standalone argument in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
The customer agrees to the possibility of communicating with them and informing them of any terms related to this agreement or their dealings through Crystal Store's management broadcasting general messages to all customers or specific users of Crystal Store.

Article 7 - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:

Crystal Store may inform you of any amendments to this agreement through official communication channels as per this agreement.
In case of objection to any amendment to the Terms of Use, Crystal Store hopes that you will stop using its services, as merely accessing your account at Crystal Store or using Crystal Store is considered acceptance of the amendments and full, complete agreement, excluding ignorance. Crystal Store accepts discussion on any suggestions regarding these terms.
All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the customer is responsible for paying all fees due through the platform, in addition to any other expenses added by Crystal Store. Payment should be made using the approved and available methods provided by Crystal Store.
Crystal Store may impose fees on some customers depending on the offers, products, or services they request or any fees or taxes imposed by the state based on the nature of the product or service.
Crystal Store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or discount any fees or expenses based on the provisions and terms of the Terms of Use on any customers for any reason.

Article 8 - Crystal Store Payment and Settlement Services:

Crystal Store, through its partners, provides a payment and settlement system on the Crystal Store platform. Payments can be made entirely online through the available payment options on Crystal Store or through any payment method offered by Crystal Store from time to time.
Crystal Store commits to determining the price of the service or product it offers in its store based on the market value.
Crystal Store commits to providing the customer with a purchase invoice for any service or product purchased from Crystal Store.

Article 9 - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details:

The customer acknowledges that they grant Crystal Store an unlimited, global, permanent, non-cancelable, and royalty-free right to use personal information or materials provided or provided through the Crystal platform, or declared on the platform by joining or using it, for the purpose of pursuing any interests that the platform sees.
The terms of the confidentiality of customer information are subject to the "Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy" specific to Crystal Store, as well as the provisions of this agreement related to information confidentiality.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property:

The intellectual property rights of Crystal Store are owned by Crystal Store, whether owned by them before the establishment of this electronic platform or after its establishment.
The customer or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Crystal Store, including Crystal Store itself, words, logos, and other symbols related to Crystal Store or displayed on Crystal Store. Crystal Store and all its associated rights are the full intellectual property rights of Crystal Store.

Article 11 - Crystal Store's Responsibility:

Crystal Store commits to conducting its commercial activities through this electronic platform in a legal manner and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
Crystal Store is not liable for any claims arising from errors, negligence, or improper use of products, whether directly or indirectly, or as a result of the customer's actions or actions by third parties such as shipping companies.
Crystal Store and its employees, owners, and representatives commit to ensuring that the product or service is sound, legal, and approved according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article 12 - Information Confidentiality:

Crystal Store adopts tangible, organizational, and technical standards to protect customers and prevent unauthorized access to customers' personal information.
As a user, you acknowledge that the internet is not entirely secure, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be guaranteed 100% through Crystal Store.
Crystal Store has no control over the actions of any third party or unauthorized access, such as other web pages linked to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
You acknowledge and agree that Crystal Store may use the information you provided for the purpose of providing services to you on Crystal Store and sending marketing messages to you. The privacy at Crystal Store governs the collection, processing, use, and transfer of your personal identity information, and the rules of information confidentiality are subject to the "Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy" specific to Crystal Store.

Article 13 - Access Restriction or Membership:

Crystal Store may suspend, cancel a customer's membership, or restrict customer access to the platform's services at any time, without notice and for any reason, without specifying.

Article 14 - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This Terms of Use agreement is governed by and formulated according to the laws, regulations, and legislation in effect and applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is entirely subject to the regulations enforced by the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 15 - General Provisions:

In the event that any provision or item in this Terms of Use is canceled or no longer applicable, it does not cancel the validity of the other provisions and items in this Terms of Use, and they remain in force until further notice from Crystal Store management.
This Terms of Use agreement, which may be modified from time to time as required, constitutes the Terms of Use agreement, the mechanism of operation, understanding, agreement, and contract between Crystal Store and the customer. Both parties agree to consider the following:

The Arabic language is the language applied when interpreting the provisions of this agreement or when translating it into another language.
All prices displayed for services or products on Crystal Store may change from time to time.
Promotional offers or marketing campaigns that Crystal Store may run are temporary, and Crystal Store reserves the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.
Crystal Store has the right to issue or discontinue promotional codes at any time when necessary.
Both parties of this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not contradict the legal rules, regulations, and laws applicable to the nature of the interaction between Crystal Store and the customer.
This Terms of Use agreement can only be canceled by a decision issued by the management of Crystal Store.
